Welcome to Fragrance HUB.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Fragrance HUB,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fragrance HUB, located at Building 7, Ahmad Al-Aradah St., Amman 11910, Jordan.
Fragrance HUB operates this online store and provides access to its website, products, information, features, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services online.
By accessing our website, browsing our store, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies published on our website, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using our Services or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction under the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You must not use another person's information, payment details, phone number, or identity without authorization.
2. Products and Product Information
Fragrance HUB makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, quantities, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, product colors, packaging, bottle appearance, outer boxes, labels, or presentation may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or due to updates made by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers may occasionally update product packaging or presentation without changing the fragrance itself.
We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.
Product availability is subject to stock availability.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Fragrance HUB sells original and authentic perfumes only.
Our perfumes are sourced from official agents in Jordan or from official and authorized distributors in Jordan and abroad.
We do not deal in counterfeit, imitation, replica, fake, or “Master Copy” perfumes.
When purchasing a perfume directly from Fragrance HUB, we guarantee that the product is authentic.

4. Orders
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered confirmed after it has been accepted by Fragrance HUB.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery limitations.
Unusual quantities or suspected unauthorized resale.
Technical or system errors.
If an order is cancelled by Fragrance HUB after payment has already been received, any amount due to the customer will be refunded using an appropriate available method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting the order.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed, except in the case of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Discounts, promotional prices, coupons, and special offers may be subject to separate terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Fragrance HUB reserves the right to correct pricing errors before completing an affected order.
6. Payment
Available payment methods may include:

CliQ transfer
Any other payment method that may be made available through the store.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and transaction information.
For payments made through CliQ or another electronic transfer method, an order may remain pending until the payment is confirmed where applicable.
Fragrance HUB may request reasonable verification of a payment before processing an order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Fragrance HUB provides delivery to all governorates and areas of Jordan.
The standard delivery fee is 3 JOD.
The typical delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days after the order is processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect customer information, or other exceptional circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number.
Any delivery charge applicable to an order will be shown or communicated before the order is completed.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately at the time of delivery.
After completing payment to the delivery representative, the customer may open the package and visually inspect the perfume before the delivery representative leaves to ensure that the bottle and packaging are free from visible breakage, cracks, leakage, or damage caused during storage or transportation.
The perfume should not be sprayed or used during this inspection.
Any visible breakage, leakage, or transportation-related damage should be reported to Fragrance HUB immediately at the time of delivery and before the delivery representative leaves.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged-product claims, and change-of-mind return requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy published on the website.
For voluntary or change-of-mind returns, a return request must be submitted on the same day the order is received and the product must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Jordanian law.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has been dispatched, it will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, delivery charges, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information when necessary.

Fragrance HUB is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Fragrance HUB.
Shopify is the provider of the e-commerce platform and is not the seller of the perfumes purchased from Fragrance HUB.
Your use of certain Shopify-powered features may also involve processing of information by Shopify in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is hosted through Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary for the operation of the store, order processing, payments, delivery, analytics, or customer service.
